About The Position
This is professional and supervisory work involving planning, directing, marketing, advertising, and coordination of aquatic programs and daily operations at an aquatic facility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in recreation, physical education, sports management, public administration, or a related field from a college or university accredited by a regional accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in aquatic program administration, pool operations, or aquatic facility supervision
- Possession of a valid driver’s license from state of residence
- Certified Pool/Spa Operator (CPO) certification
- Must possess or achieve within six months of employment: Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED and Lifeguarding Instructor certification.
