As an automotive supplier, we partner with automakers and new mobility actors worldwide, aiming to create greener and more secure mobility by developing solutions for intuitive driving and reduced CO2 emissions. We are recognized as a leader in our fields and a globally innovative company. This role involves initiating QRQC (Quality, Reliability, Warranty, Cost) processes, participating in containment actions, and validating their robustness. The APU Quality Engineer will support APU Managers and Site Managers in analyzing issues within QRQC activities, updating APU quality tracking charts (e.g., Customer Returns, Cost of Non-Quality), and performing line audits to ensure adherence to standards. They will also participate in eradicating customer and non-quality issues, ensuring QRQC meeting rules are followed, and verifying the 4M matrix for product or process changes. The role includes updating quality documents after process changes, verifying continuous process conformance, and has the authority to stop manufacturing/assembly lines if standards are not met or if a safety/quality risk is detected. The APU Quality Engineer represents the customer internally on quality matters and manages PD (Problem Diagnosis), CA (Corrective Action), and closure for Internal Suppliers incidents. In the APU Quality Leader position, this role reports to that position and does not supersede the authority of the APU Quality Leader and Site Quality Manager.
