Froedtert & MCW Health Network is recruiting a part-time APRN-Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for its Froedtert Workplace Clinics Milwaukee Courthouse practice in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Requirements

For APRN-Nurse Practitioners, a master's degree in nursing is required.
For APRN-Nurse Practitioners, graduation from an accredited Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner program is required.
For APRN-Nurse Practitioners, a current Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a multistate nursing license from a participating Nurse Licensure Compact state is required.
For APRN-Nurse Practitioners, certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber (APNP) by the Wisconsin State Board of Nursing is required.
For APRN-Nurse Practitioners, certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) is required.
For APRN-Nurse Practitioners, American Heart Association Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS), or an AHA-approved equivalent, is required upon hire.
For APRN-Nurse Practitioners, Medicaid and Medicare (PECOS) enrollment and DEA registration are required, or the applicant must be eligible to obtain them.
For Physician Assistants, a bachelor's degree in physician assistant studies is required.
For Physician Assistants, current state certification as a PA and a current DEA are required.
For Physician Assistants, American Heart Association Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS), or an AHA-approved equivalent, is required upon hire.
For Physician Assistants, Medicaid and Medicare (PECOS) enrollment and DEA registration are required, or the applicant must be eligible to obtain them.
