About The Position
Signet Jewelers is seeking an entry-level Apprentice Jeweler to join its Field Design & Service Center Team. The role offers a training path from apprentice to Bench Jeweler, with opportunities to develop jewelry repair skills and progress in a promote-from-within environment. Candidates with basic jewelry or jewelry repair knowledge are welcome, and candidates with a passion for learning the trade will also be considered. Apprentices learn the business through administrative and customer-service responsibilities, including interacting with stores and customers, completing clerical tasks, and photographing jewelry for intake and tracking. They also learn the basics of jewelry repair, beginning with polishing and quality control, while training toward becoming a Bench Jeweler. Design & Service Center team members are dedicated to providing a customer-first experience for custom jewelry design and repairs.
