About The Position

Signet Jewelers is seeking an entry-level Apprentice Jeweler to join its Field Design & Service Center Team. The role offers a training program intended to develop skills from apprentice level toward becoming a Bench Jeweler, with opportunities to progress in a promote-from-within environment.

Apprentices learn the business through administrative responsibilities, customer service, and interactions with stores and customers. They complete clerical tasks, photograph jewelry for intake and tracking, and learn the basics of jewelry repair, beginning with polishing and quality control. The team focuses on delivering a customer-first experience for custom jewelry design and repairs. Candidates with a passion and desire to learn the jeweler trade will be considered, including those without prior jewelry knowledge.
