About The Position

Signet Jewelers is seeking an entry-level Apprentice Jeweler to join its Field Design & Service Center Team. The role provides a full training program to develop skills from apprentice toward Bench Jeweler, with opportunities to progress from apprentice to artisan in a promote-from-within environment. Candidates with a passion for learning the jeweler trade are considered; basic jewelry or jewelry repair knowledge is preferred but not required.

The apprentice learns the business from the ground up, performing administrative and customer-service work while developing basic jewelry repair skills such as polishing and quality control. The position supports custom jewelry design and repairs and contributes to a customer-first experience that exceeds customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and interact with stores and customers.
• Complete administrative and clerical tasks.
• Photograph jewelry for intake and tracking.
