About The Position

Signet Jewelers is seeking an entry-level Apprentice Jeweler for its Field Design & Service Center Team. The role provides a training path from apprentice toward becoming a Bench Jeweler, with opportunities to progress in a promote-from-within environment. Apprentices learn the business from the ground up and receive training in jewelry repair and bench skills.

The position combines customer service and administrative work with introductory jewelry tasks. Duties include interacting with stores and customers, completing administrative and clerical tasks, photographing jewelry for intake and tracking, polishing, and quality control. Candidates with basic jewelry or jewelry repair knowledge are welcome, and candidates with a passion and desire to learn the trade will also be considered.

Responsibilities
