About The Position
Signet Jewelers is seeking an entry-level Apprentice Jeweler to join its Field Design & Service Center Team. The position offers a training pathway from apprentice toward Bench Jeweler, with opportunities to advance from beginner to artisan in a promote-from-within environment. A full training program is provided to develop jewelry and bench skills. Apprentices learn the business from the ground up. Work includes customer service and interactions with stores and customers, administrative and clerical tasks, photography of jewelry for intake and tracking, and learning the basics of jewelry repair through polishing and quality control. The team is dedicated to providing a customer-first experience that exceeds expectations for custom jewelry design and repairs. Candidates with basic jewelry or repair knowledge are welcome, and candidates who are eager to learn the trade will also be considered.
Requirements

- Able to work varying hours, including some nights and weekends.
- Full-time schedule consists of 40 hours per week, with seasonal required overtime.
Nice To Haves
- High school degree or equivalent preferred, but not required.
- Some knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and interact with stores and customers.
- Complete administrative and clerical tasks.

- Train toward becoming a Bench Jeweler.
