About The Position
Signet Jewelers is seeking entry-level Jeweler Apprentices to join its Field Design & Service Center Teams. Apprentices learn the jewelry business from the ground up and receive a full training program designed to develop their skills toward becoming a Bench Jeweler. The role combines administrative responsibilities and customer service with hands-on introductions to jewelry repair, beginning with polishing and quality control. The position offers an opportunity to progress from apprentice to artisan in a promote-from-within environment. Design & Service Center Team Members are dedicated to delivering a customer-first experience that exceeds expectations for custom jewelry design and repairs. Full-time employment consists of a 40-hour work week, with seasonal required overtime. Hours vary and include some nights and weekends.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and interact with stores and customers.
- Complete administrative and clerical tasks.
- Photograph jewelry for intake and tracking.
- Learn the basics of jewelry repair, starting with polishing and quality control.
- Train toward becoming a Bench Jeweler.
- Deliver a customer-first experience for custom jewelry design and repairs.
