Learn the HVAC trade in the field and classroom while we help you earn your EPA certification. Training pay is 1099 contract until you are ready to be on your own in the field. Career Progression Path - Apprentices can advance to Junior Service Technician in a little over a month, Senior Service Technician in 6 months, and Lead Service Technician in 1 year (based on skill level). Additional supervisor and management opportunities will be available as we grow! Each step comes with increased pay.

Requirements

Passionate about Climate Experts Air & Heat and aligned with our brand
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and ability to pass background check
Follow company Tobacco Policy
Must obtain Universal EPA Certification within 90 days of employment
Working cell phone with internet access
Reliable transportation
Professional, outgoing, and clean-cut appearance; drug-free
Strong decision-making skills
Highly motivated, adaptable, and positive attitude
Ability to properly and safely use tools and equipment
Comfortable working in small attics and tight spaces
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and repairs on customer A/C units
Assist technicians with diagnostics and repairs
Deliver every job with technical excellence to uphold our warranties and guarantees
Maintain a strong learning mindset to master all aspects of the service system
Use tools and equipment properly and responsibly
Communicate and work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Grow and develop into a Junior Technician
