As a Helper/Apprentice Electrician, you will work closely with journey-level electricians to hone your skills and gain valuable on-the-job experience. You’ll assist with installing, maintaining, and repairing residential and commercial electrical systems while ensuring our customers receive the best service possible.

Requirements

At least 1 year in a trade or similar hands-on role.
High school diploma or GED required.
Clean driving report & valid driver's license.
Basic computer literacy, strong math skills, and excellent organizational abilities.
Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally, and work in various conditions, including attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments.

Nice To Haves

Trade school certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with electricians to install and repair electrical systems, including service panels, outlets, switches, and fixtures.
Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical issues at homes and businesses.
Prepare and maintain job sites by organizing tools, materials, and equipment.
Cut, thread, and run wiring or conduit for installations.
Inspect electrical systems and components for safety and compliance with code standards.
Test electrical systems to ensure proper functionality.
Clean work areas and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
Provide friendly and professional customer service while on-site.
Take on additional tasks as needed to support the team.
