Appointment Setter – Field Marketing (Base Pay + Commission)
About The Position
TruBlue Serving Winter Garden & The Villages remodels bathrooms in The Villages, Winter Garden, and surrounding communities. The company is hiring part-time field marketing representatives to canvass residential neighborhoods, speak with homeowners about bathroom remodeling services, and book free in-home estimates. The role starts conversations and sets appointments; it does not involve closing sales. Representatives work as a team, record leads and appointments in the company system, and attend weekly coaching and team meetings. Compensation is $18.00 per hour base pay, plus $30 per completed appointment and a $100 bonus when the job closes. The posting says most representatives who stay with the role earn $24–$28 per hour within their first month, with uncapped potential for high performers. Weekday shifts are four hours, typically 4–8 PM or 5–9 PM, with hours changing seasonally. Weekend shifts are five to six hours between 11 AM and 9 PM. The schedule is approximately 16–24 hours per week, with availability for at least three evening or weekend shifts required. A valid driver’s license and the representative’s own reliable vehicle are required. Prior canvassing, door-to-door outreach, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus but is not required. Training includes a comprehensive manual, in-person shadowing, and weekly coaching. The company also provides a branded uniform and gear and describes a promotion path to Team Lead and Sales Representative. Work is in person.
Requirements
