Appointment Setter
About The Position
UF Resources is hiring an on-site Appointment Setter in Bradenton, Florida. The role involves speaking with people who have already asked to hear from the company, following a proven script, and booking appointments for the field team. Each appointment helps families take an initial step toward protecting their assets and avoiding potential probate-related delays, frozen assets, and legal fees. Coaching is provided to help employees improve. Compensation is $16 per hour plus $50 for every qualified appointment, paid weekly, with no stated cap on appointment incentives. Full-time hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Part-time hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM. There are no night or weekend shifts. The position is on-site at 8725 Pendery Place, Suite 104, Bradenton, Florida, near UTC and I-75 Exit 213. Estate planning experience is not required; the company will teach it.
Requirements
- One year of appointment setting, outbound calling, or telesales experience.
- A reliable work record.
- A drive to improve.
Responsibilities
