About The Position

Due to the overwhelming demand for Camping and RV travel in the US, Trident Marketing is looking to grow the Marketing team! Trident Marketing is looking for Marketing Team Member to work alongside our teams of Agents. Our Agents book appointments/resort tours for people to visit one of our campground resorts to learn about the amazing benefits of membership. Trident Marketing currently operates eleven premium, membership-based Camping Resorts in South Dakota, Minnesota, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. Whether an RV owner, tent-camper, or booking a cabin, there are plenty of options for our members to choose from, along with amazing campground amenities with unique adventures and activities! We have a talented group of Marketing Agents working at our Call Center in Southern Pines, NC and remotly from Home. This is an exciting industry with a growing organization. Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases
  • Prior experience in call centers or customer support roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
  • Strong data entry skills with high accuracy; proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills are essential
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism and patience under pressure
  • Demonstrated sales aptitude with the ability to upsell or promote products confidently when appropriate
  • Knowledge of phone etiquette standards and outbound calling techniques to engage customers effectively
  • Analysis skills to identify customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide tailored solutions
  • Your energy, communication prowess, and commitment will make a real difference in our customers' experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and courteously to inbound customer calls, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries, gather feedback, or promote products and services in a friendly manner
  • Assist customers with account management, billing questions, product details, and service options using clear phone etiquette
  • Enter data accurately into our customer relationship management (CRM) system while maintaining confidentiality and data security
  • Support client services by addressing concerns, offering solutions, and ensuring a positive experience during every interaction
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and achieve collective goals in a fast-paced environment
  • Handle cash transactions when necessary with integrity and attention to detail
