We work with established unions and professional organizations throughout North America, providing support to members and families who have expressed interest in learning more about their available benefit options. You’ll connect with individuals who are already expecting information, allowing you to focus on providing a helpful and professional experience rather than traditional prospecting. This opportunity offers the freedom of working remotely while providing the training, resources, mentorship, and team support needed to build confidence and succeed in the role.

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication and listening abilities
• Comfortable working with computers, email, video meetings, and online systems
• Organized and capable of managing responsibilities independently
• Consistent work habits and good time-management skills
• Professional and approachable when interacting with members
• Motivated to learn new skills and improve through coaching
• Able to meet applicable background screening requirements

• Previous experience is not required. Training is provided to help new team members learn the systems, processes, and responsibilities of the position.

Responsibilities

• Meet with members through scheduled phone and virtual appointments
• Learn about each family’s situation and understand what they’re looking for
• Walk members through available benefit and coverage options
• Answer questions and make information easy to understand
• Assist with applications, documentation, and next steps
• Maintain communication with members after their initial appointment
• Develop lasting relationships through dependable service and follow-up
• Attend virtual training, coaching, and professional development sessions
• Collaborate with a team focused on continuous improvement and growth
