Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Spanish speaking required
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of experience in a call center preferred
Responsibilities
- Answering calls in a timely fashion
- Scheduling patients for medical, dental, and behavioral appointments
- Relaying messages and normal test results to patients
- Conducting outreach to patients to schedule them for follow-up and well care
- Ensuring appropriate communication between the call center and care site
- Monitoring the schedules of that site to ensure correct scheduling
