About The Position

Minnesota Urology is hiring an Appointment Scheduler to support patient access and scheduling operations across our clinics. As the first point of contact for many patients, the Appointment Scheduler plays an important role in creating a positive experience while ensuring appointments are scheduled accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and assist patients with scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments.
Gather relevant patient information, identify appropriate appointment types, and coordinate scheduling based on provider availability.
Update patient records, document interactions, and use electronic health record systems to manage appointments and send reminders.
Regularly communicate with clinical and administrative teams to resolve scheduling conflicts, respond to patient questions, and support daily clinic operations.
Provide courteous, patient-focused service and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
