About The Position
Sierra Pacific Home and Comfort is hiring Lead Generation representatives in Lodi, CA, to create qualified homeowner interest through courteous, face-to-face conversations at Costco locations. The role supports the team by turning brief interactions into appointment requests for consultations while upholding the company’s standards of Humble, Excellence, Integrity, and Safety. The typical shift involves arriving on time, setting up, and spending the shift on your feet in a high-traffic setting. Representatives greet shoppers, start light conversations, remain approachable, enter information into an app using a phone, keep their area tidy, and reset for the next interaction. The preferred schedule is Thursday–Sunday, with some flexibility when needed.
Requirements
- Sales and customer service experience.
- Professional communication skills and comfort engaging the public.
- Reliable personal transportation.
- Ability to enter information using a cell phone app.
