As an Appointment Generator in Folsom, California, you will connect homeowners with Sierra Pacific Home and Comfort by initiating friendly, professional conversations with store visitors and generating qualified appointments for the team. The role involves introducing HVAC services, creating interest, answering basic questions, and scheduling appointments. You will record customer details and brief notes in a mobile app and represent the company with integrity, safety awareness, and a customer-focused approach.

The position is suited to someone who enjoys staying active and engaging with the public, including someone retired or seeking to work a few days a week. You will work onsite in a public, high-traffic setting, remain on your feet throughout the day, and independently manage your time and pace. The expected schedule is Thursday through Sunday, with some flexibility for those seeking fewer workdays. Reliable personal transportation is needed to reach the Folsom location. Full-time and part-time options are available. Pay is $16.90–$25.00.
