About The Position

Sierra Pacific Home and Comfort is hiring a part-time Lead Generator to work at Costco locations in Rancho Cordova, California. This entry-level, onsite role supports the sales pipeline by engaging shoppers, collecting accurate customer information, and creating interest in an in-home HVAC visit.

During a typical shift, the employee arrives at an assigned location, sets up their area, and reviews the day’s goals. They remain visible and approachable as foot traffic builds, hold steady and respectful conversations with shoppers, record notes in a mobile app, verify lead details, and submit completed records before leaving. The role requires working independently and remaining on their feet throughout the shift. The schedule is flexible, and pay is $16.90–$25 per hour.

Requirements

• Confident, friendly communication skills and the ability to speak with a high volume of people.
• Comfort standing for the full shift and working independently.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• A cell phone for entering information in the app.

• Prior sales or lead generation experience.
