Makes patient appointments and ensures the efficient and effective operations of the appointment scheduling system for all locations. Supports the Business Office Manager in the operation of the appointment desk, onboarding, hiring process, employee supervision and scheduling. Monitors performance/attendance and communicates with staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across all supervised positions. Participates in employee relation matters which may result in corrective action or termination.
