About The Position

This position provides support to the rest of the dealership in various functions including but not limited to inbound calls, customer support and appointment coordinating. Scheduling is a 3/13 work week. Full-time, 3 days on at 13 hours each, followed by 4 days off.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Prior Call Center experience preferred
  • Experience with computers, printers, copiers, telephone, scanner, calculator
  • Experience with Computer Software: Microsoft Office (including Word, Outlook, Excel), CRM system, scheduling system, dealer management system (DMS), web based system
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, use hands to finger, grasp, handle or feel, push, pull, reach, crouch, bend, or kneel, climb and perform repetitive motions of the hands and/or wrists
  • Close mental and visual attention required to perform work dealing primarily with preparing and analyzing data and figures, using a computer terminal, and reading and speaking on a phone
  • Exerts up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently and constantly to move objects
