This role: As a Fall Co-op on the Applied AI & Analytics team in the Office of the CEO – at the heart of driving company-wide AI transformation, you will take on meaningful ownership of cross-functional business problems over a 6-month engagement. .Unlike a short-term internship, this longer term co-op timeline gives you the runway to take a project from problem definition through to deployed solution. You'll be expected to own your work end-to-end, from scoping the business question to presenting outcomes to senior stakeholders. This role sits at the intersection of SharkNinja's Jailbreak AI initiative, a company-wide movement backed by $1M in innovation awards, giving you direct exposure to real AI deployments, not sandbox exercises.

Requirements

  • Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program, or have graduated within the past year
  • Must be able to work a full-time, 40-hour-per-week schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite in Miami, FL
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
  • Demonstrated experience building with AI (LLMs, automation workflows, agent frameworks, or prompt engineering) with examples you can speak to
  • Experience working with real-world or messy datasets
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar tools through coursework or projects
  • Ability to approach problems in a structured and logical way
  • Interest in consumer products, retail, or e-commerce

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end scoping, analysis, and delivery of a defined business problem — from data gathering through insight communication
  • Design, iterate, and document AI prompts and workflows; take ownership of data preparation pipelines for assigned projects
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, or models that are actively used by internal teams — with full accountability for quality and accuracy
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights within datasets and translate them into actionable recommendations
  • Use AI tools to improve efficiency and automate analytical workflows
  • Develop and test agentic workflow prototypes that reduce manual effort on high-friction business processes
  • Present findings and recommendations directly to team leads and business stakeholders
  • Identify data gaps or inconsistencies and propose solutions, not just flag them
