About The Position

SiTime Corporation is seeking an Applications Manager for its Industrial Business Unit. The role bridges the field organization—including sales and field applications engineers—with the Customer Engineering team and System Architects. The manager enables the field organization to resolve customer technical challenges efficiently and effectively, and retains ownership of issues through resolution, engaging Customer Engineering or System Architects when deeper product expertise is needed. The factory applications function is also a primary channel for capturing customer requirements and new product opportunities. In partnership with System Architects, who hold primary responsibility for product definition, this role contributes to defining future products. Initially operating as a player-coach, the manager will establish and grow the factory applications team over the first six to eight months. SiTime develops semiconductor MEMS programmable precision timing solutions used across applications including AI datacenters, automated driving, industrial and humanoid robots, wearables, and IoT. The company reports that more than 4 billion devices have shipped.
