About The Position

We are the Customer Success team that ensures successful new product and technology transitions with our customer teams. You will have the opportunity to work with the latest storage technologies while interfacing with a wide array of internal teams. In this role, you will drive all technical aspects of our customer qualification engagements, replicate, analyze, and develop solutions in concert with internal engineering teams to address customer issues. You will also run tests in customer environments to validate drive/system compatibility, assist in post-qualification customer technical issues, create and present technical information to internal teams, and work with the customer account team to solidify feedback into future product requirements. Additionally, you will coordinate activities of other organizations to ensure customer deliverables meet customer expectations. A demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity, quality, and decision-making in daily work (e.g., analysis, documentation, communication, prioritization) is expected. You will use AI as a thought partner, not just an automation tool—applying judgment, validation, and domain expertise to AI-generated outputs, and be willing to experiment with and adopt new AI-enabled workflows aligned with business goals.
