We are the Customer Success team that ensures successful new product and technology transitions with our customer teams. You will have the opportunity to work with the latest storage technologies while interfacing with a wide array of internal teams. This role involves driving all technical aspects of customer qualification engagements, replicating, analyzing, and developing solutions in concert with internal engineering teams to address customer issues. You will also run tests in customer environments to validate drive/system compatibility, assist in post-qualification customer technical issues, and create and present technical information to internal teams. Additionally, you will work with the customer account team to solidify feedback into future product requirements and coordinate activities of other organizations to ensure customer deliverables meet customer expectations. A key aspect of this role is the demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity, quality, and decision-making in daily work, using AI as a thought partner and applying judgment, validation, and domain expertise to AI-generated outputs. There is also a willingness to experiment with and adopt new AI-enabled workflows aligned with business goals.
