The Applications Analyst will troubleshoot issues, resolve service requests, and escalate complex problems when necessary. The position involves assisting with upgrades, patches, enhancements, and testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Maintaining project and training documentation, supporting implementation timelines, and delivering responsive user support are key aspects of the role. The analyst will also help create training materials and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to enhance system performance and workflows.
