About The Position

This role provides first-level support for various business applications including clinical, HR, finance, operations, and resident systems. The Applications Analyst will troubleshoot issues, resolve service requests, and escalate complex problems. Responsibilities include supporting application configuration, user access, system documentation, monitoring system performance and data accuracy, and assisting with upgrades, patches, enhancements, and testing (including User Acceptance Testing). The role also involves maintaining project and training documentation, supporting implementation timelines, delivering responsive user support, and helping to create training materials and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Collaboration with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders is key to improving system performance and workflows.

Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Healthcare Informatics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–3 years of application support, help desk, or business systems experience preferred
  • Exposure to enterprise systems (EHR, HRIS, finance, CRM, etc.) is a plus
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow documented processes
  • Eagerness to learn application systems, workflows, and best practices

Responsibilities
