About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application development and support, with a proven track record of success. This role requires a deep understanding of various technologies and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our critical applications and providing timely support to our users.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in application development and support.
- CatsWeb or Assurex Experience (3+ years).
- Scripting experience (Power BI, Kafka, Python).
- Strong SQL and data structure knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for various applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement solutions.
- Monitor application performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain documentation for applications and support processes.
