Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Support, maintain and analyze issues for applications used in the Financial Centers.
  • Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application.
  • Ensure quality by utilizing exceptional communication skills to maintain our world-class systems.
  • Define client issues and interpret and design resolutions based on your deep product knowledge.
  • Perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
  • Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems.
  • Develop and implement effective troubleshooting strategies to resolve client issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability.
  • Provide training and support to team members and clients to improve overall system understanding.
  • Continuously monitor system performance and suggest improvements based on data analysis.
  • Document processes and solutions to create a comprehensive knowledge base for future reference.
