Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of work experience
- A minimum of 1 year of experience with Selenium
- High School Diploma or GED
Nice To Haves

- Advanced proficiency in Splunk
- Enterprise Architecture and Design
- Advanced proficiency in Application Remediation, IT Troubleshooting, Engineering Support, and BMC Control M
Responsibilities
- Acting as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
- Being a subject matter expert, collaborating and managing the team to perform effectively.
- Responsible for team decisions, engaging with multiple teams, and contributing to key decisions.
- Providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Analyzing system performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Developing and implementing testing strategies to ensure system reliability.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality.
- Providing training and support to team members on best practices.
- Documenting processes and solutions to create a knowledge base for future reference.
