Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of work experience
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience with Selenium
  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Advanced proficiency in Application Remediation, IT Troubleshooting, Engineering Support, and BMC Control M

Responsibilities

  • Acting as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
  • Being a subject matter expert, collaborating and managing the team to perform effectively.
  • Responsible for team decisions, engaging with multiple teams, and contributing to key decisions.
  • Providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Analyzing system performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Developing and implementing testing strategies to ensure system reliability.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality.
  • Providing training and support to team members on best practices.
  • Documenting processes and solutions to create a knowledge base for future reference.
