Requirements
- Hold a university degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field
- Have experience with CAD/CAM software, design and manufacturing processes
- Be fluent in French and English, both orally and in writing (bilingualism is required)
- Be willing to travel between Canada and the United States
- Demonstrate a client-focused approach by proactively understanding and meeting customer needs
Responsibilities
- Develop an in-depth understanding of PolyWorks® solutions to provide both basic and advanced technical support to customers
- Provide customer training sessions (typically lasting three days) to ensure effective and efficient use of our software
- Perform advanced software demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of prospective customers
- Act as the voice of the customer by communicating their needs and feedback to our software development team
- Participate to events and trade shows related to the promotion of our software solutions
