About The Position

The Application Specialist - Pumps role involves managing customer inquiries, providing technical assistance, and facilitating product selection for customer applications. Responsibilities

• Receive and handle phone calls and emails from external & internal customers regarding RFQ’s, technical assistance/support, equipment manufacturer support, technical product support, delivery expediting, etc.
• Manage multiple project inquiries and project quotations.
• Facilitate customer application requirements for their assembly, sizing and product selection.
