About The Position
Genesis10 is seeking an Angular JavaScript and Java Developer for a hybrid contract position with a Global Financial Institution. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications using Angular JS and Java frameworks. The developer will be responsible for building the User Interface, integrating with backend APIs, and ensuring high performance and security of applications. The position requires a minimum of 3 days per week onsite.
Requirements
- Experience building and maintaining responsive web applications using modern frameworks and technologies
- Experience developing user interfaces with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
- Experience implementing server-side logic using Node.js, Java, .NET, or Python, and managing APIs (REST/GraphQL)
- Experience designing and optimizing relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB) databases
- Experience with unit and integration testing, troubleshooting, and ensuring code quality
- Knowledge of application performance optimization and scalability
- Understanding of security best practices (OAuth2, JWT, SSL/TLS)
- Experience with code quality through static analysis and peer reviews
- Experience packaging and deploying applications using Maven/Gradle
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

Responsibilities

- Ensure code quality through static analysis and peer reviews
- Package and deploy applications using Maven/Gradle
- Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Work closely with architects, product owners, and QA teams
- Participate in design discussions and provide technical guidance
