Agilent’s Diagnostics and Genomics Group is seeking a customer‑focused In‑Field Customer Application Specialist (CAS) to support new and existing customers in the Chicagoland territory. This role serves as the scientific and technical expert for Agilent’s Pathology and Genomics Solutions, partnering closely with sales, service, and internal teams to drive growth, ensure successful implementations, and optimize customer outcomes. This is a remote, home‑based position, with the expectation of frequent travel throughout the assigned territory to visit customer sites as business needs require.
