The Pre-Sales Engineer – IDT EAT-RFID serves as a key technical advisor and customer-facing specialist supporting HID Global’s Americas region. This role partners closely with Sales, Channel Partners, and End-Users as a strategic technical partner to understand business and technical requirements, design scalable solutions, and support the full sales cycle from qualification through technical validation. The Pre-Sales Engineer acts as the technical authority for assigned opportunities, jointly accountable with Sales for technical success and responsible for validating solution integrity, scalability, and compliance with HID security standards. The position requires strong technical expertise, presentation skills, and cross-functional collaboration.
