About The Position
The IT & Telecom Division with the New York City Department of Transportation is seeking an experienced Application Developer to design, develop, and support mission-critical systems, API integrations, and web applications. The role requires proficiency in Power Apps, .NET, SQL Server, Azure DevOps, and Agile methodologies, and a record of delivering scalable, secure, user-focused solutions. The position supports the goals of the NYC Streets Plan.
Requirements
- A baccalaureate degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field from an accredited college and four years of satisfactory full-time experience related to IT automation engineering, monitoring engineering, or management of infrastructure; or eight years of satisfactory full-time experience in those areas; or equivalent education and/or experience.
- Proficiency in Power Apps, .NET, SQL Server, Azure DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
- A proven track record of delivering scalable, secure, and user-focused solutions.
