About The Position
Brainlab is seeking a highly motivated Application Consultant in Image Guided Surgery and surgical disciplines to support the Sales Team in Spain. This home-office position is preferably located in Madrid or Malaga and reports directly to the Sales Director. The consultant supports customers and hospital staff in using Brainlab products, provides product demonstrations and training, and contributes to customer service and sales activities. Extensive travel is required.
Requirements
- Preferably, completed studies in Biomedical Engineering, a technical degree, or equivalent.
- Ability to self-plan, organize, and implement service activities.
- Ability to work well both in a team and independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Valid driving license.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, including task prioritization and effective time management.

Responsibilities
- Educate and train physicians and hospital personnel, and provide on-site guidance and assistance.
- Perform new system installations.
- Communicate with customers to understand problems and troubleshoot issues appropriately.
- Plan and implement service activities, including prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Initiate upgrade projects for existing Brainlab installations.
- Sell service contracts to existing Brainlab customers.
- Monitor and promote customer use of products.
- Conduct software updates.
- Attend meetings and trade shows to demonstrate and promote products and services.
