About The Position

The Apparel Processing Outfitter processes apparel merchandise shipments from receipt through stocking in the sales floor and receiving areas. The role follows visual merchandising and MPS standards, uses inventory management systems, and helps maintain merchandise organization, replenishment, pricing, signage, and a clean work area. The position also supports customer service and contributes to a pleasant shopping experience.

Work is performed under general supervision using established procedures, with occasional independent judgment to complete assignments and make recommendations about work procedures, policies, and practices. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to use company computer systems and devices, including System Two, RF/Gizmo devices, and the Point of Sale register system.
• Ability to process and organize information, including plan-o-grams, visual guides, and merchandising standards.
• Ability to review replenishment reports to organize merchandise for sales-floor replenishment.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers, and customers.
• Ability to use ladders and/or lifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process apparel merchandise upon receipt in accordance with Visual Merchandising and MPS Standards, using the inventory management system.
• Replenish merchandise on the sales floor according to Visual Merchandising Standards and inventory management information.
• Stay knowledgeable about advertised sales to support backroom organization and replenishment.
• Unload trucks as needed.
• Assist with merchandise pricing maintenance and signage.
• Keep the work area clean, neat, organized, and stocked with supplies.
• Keep backstock merchandise organized and accessible.
• Provide exceptional customer service and help ensure a pleasant shopping experience for guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
