About The Position

Marion Goodwill Industries is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated Textile Processor to sort, prepare, and price donated apparel while meeting quality standards. The work helps stock Goodwill stores and supports job training, education, and community programs. The role includes interacting with donors and shoppers, processing apparel and textiles, maintaining an efficient and safe work area, and helping with related store tasks. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service when interacting with donors and shoppers.
• Sort, price, and hang donated apparel and textiles.
• Identify brand names, designer labels, and quality levels to support accurate pricing.
• Inspect clothing for stains, tears, missing buttons, and other defects before placing items on the sales floor.
• Meet production goals of 80 or more pieces per hour and process items efficiently.
• Keep processing and sorting areas clean, safe, and organized.
• Assist with apparel rotation, dressing room upkeep, and merchandise placement as needed.
• Follow Goodwill safety, security, and operational policies.
