About The Position

At Goodwill, apparel hangers help support job creation and community programs by preparing and displaying clothing. The role involves hanging pre-sorted clothing to meet daily production quotas, organizing garments with a color tag system, and keeping sales-floor displays neat. Team members also count and report processed items, maintain a clean and safe work area, and may assist with donation processing, sorting, or cashiering as needed. No experience is needed; the position calls for a strong work ethic, attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to learn and contribute to a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Hang pre-sorted clothing to meet daily production quotas.
• Group and rotate clothing correctly using the color tag system.
• Move clothing to and from the sales floor while keeping displays neat and organized.
• Accurately count and report items processed each day.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area by following store procedures.
• Report safety, theft, or security concerns to management.
• Assist as needed with donation processing, sorting, or cashiering.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by store management.
