Apparel Associate
About The Position
Visual Marking Systems (VMS Inc.), located in Twinsburg, Ohio, is hiring production staff for its apparel division, Badlime. Associates may work in the embroidery, screen printing, or digital direct-to-film departments. The role includes preparing apparel for decoration, operating and monitoring automated equipment, finishing embroidered garments, and inspecting work for quality. The position is full-time at 40 hours per week. First shift runs 7:30 a.m.–4:15 p.m., Monday through Friday. Second shift runs 4:10 p.m.–2:55 a.m., Monday through Thursday. The pay rate is $16.00–$20.00 per hour, with occasional overtime opportunities. Employees work with modern equipment in a climate-controlled environment and receive on-the-job training.
Requirements
- Experience in the apparel decoration industry, such as embroidery, screen printing, or heat transfer (DTG/direct-to-film), is ideal.
- Previous production or manufacturing experience is ideal.
- A history of reliability and dependability, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities
- Prepare apparel for embroidery and/or screen printing, including hooping and staging.
- Run and monitor automated embroidery equipment.
- Finish embroidered apparel.
- Perform apparel inspection and quality checks.
- Load and unload apparel onto automated screen printing equipment.
