About The Position

RecruitGo is looking for an App Tester for the South Africa Region who will test the app functionality. This role involves using your own mobile device (Android or iPhone) to test app functions such as receiving or sending money and checking transaction history. Candidates must be willing to use their own personal accounts for testing purposes, with all transactions being fully refunded. The role requires flexibility to work across different time zones, active participation in Zoom meetings for end-to-end testing, proficiency in English, and the ability to share testing videos/screenshots via platforms like Google Drive or Dropbox.

Requirements

• Candidates must use these DCB (Direct Carrier Billing) : CapitecPay
• Must be willing use own personal accounts for testing purposes (All transactions will be fully refunded upon completion of testing.)
• Flexible to work across different time zones.
• Ability to actively participate in Zoom meetings for end-to-end testing
• Proficiency in the English language.

Responsibilities

• Testing app functionality (e.g., receiving or sending money, checking transaction history etc.) using your device.
• Use your own mobile device (Android or iPhone) for testing.
• Share testing videos/screenshots via shared platforms such as Google Drive or Dropbox.
• Work with the internal team to ensure timely delivery of services to clients and ensure that client expectations are met.
