About The Position

Lahey Clinic is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its General Internal Medicine team in Burlington, Massachusetts. The role is part of a collaborative, academic primary care environment with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, behavioral health specialists, pharmacists, and support staff. The practice offers integrated services and access to specialists across the health system, and emphasizes patient-centered care, teamwork, clinician well-being, and professional growth. The full-time schedule includes 32 patient-facing hours and 8 hours dedicated to population health activities each week. The role serves an adult patient population, has no after-hours call, and requires only rare weekend coverage. APPs are supported through flexible scheduling, dedicated inbox coverage when away, mentorship, professional development, and a practice transformation model intended to support top-of-license clinical work.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
Current Massachusetts licensure.
Board certification, DEA, and MCSR required.
At least two years of Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant experience.
