About The Position
The Department of Cardiovascular Medicine is seeking an experienced NP or PA to join our collaborative team on a full-time basis. We operate in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment where quality, collegiality, and patient-centered caring come first. As a vital member of our clinical team, you will manage admissions (H&Ps), develop daily therapeutic plans, and coordinate emergency care.
Requirements
- Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program
- Current MA license, DEA, and MCSR required
- High emotional intelligence and a team-first mindset
- Vaccinated against influenza (flu)
Nice To Haves
- Experienced providers preferred (New grads considered only with extensive Cardiology backgrounds)
Responsibilities
- Manage admissions (H&Ps)
- Develop daily therapeutic plans
- Coordinate emergency care
- Order/interpret labs, ECGs, and diagnostic tests
- Serve as the primary contact for nursing and consult services
- Manage progress notes and daily orders
