APP (NP or PA) - Caldwell Clinic
About The Position
We are searching for a full-time family medicine NP or PA to support our Caldwell Clinic. Schedule - 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday daytime shifts with the opportunity for evenings or Saturday morning rotations. Requirements
- Nurse Practitioner: RN, BSN, MSN, FNP
- Physician Assistant: BS Degree, Successful completion of an ARC-PA accredited training program.
- Ability to be fully credentialed, licensed and privileged.
- Unrestricted / unconditional license to practice under the laws of the State of Idaho.
- Possess an unrestricted Board of Pharmacy registration, unrestricted DEA registration and all necessary federal narcotics and controlled substance numbers and licenses.
- Maintain eligibility to participate in Medicare, Medicaid and all other third party payment programs that contract with Full Circle Health.
- Must be able to be vaccinated for influenza annually or apply for an exemption prior to employment due to medical reasons or sincerely held religious beliefs.
Nice To Haves
- Previous outpatient, primary care clinical experience preferred.
- Other relevant clinical patient care experience may be considered.
Responsibilities
- Provide full-time family medicine care as an NP or PA.
- Work a schedule of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
- Have the opportunity for evening or Saturday morning rotations.
