About The Position
Full Circle Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to support their new Boise Urgent Care Location. Requirements
- Nurse Practitioner: RN, BSN, MSN, FNP
- Physician Assistant: BS Degree, Successful completion of an ARC-PA accredited training program.
- Ability to be fully credentialed, licensed and privileged.
- Unrestricted / unconditional license to practice under the laws of the State of Idaho.
- Possess an unrestricted Board of Pharmacy registration, unrestricted DEA registration and all necessary federal narcotics and controlled substance numbers and licenses.
- Maintain eligibility to participate in Medicare, Medicaid and all other third-party payment programs that contract with Full Circle Health.
- Must be able to be vaccinated for immunizations, including an annual influenza vaccine, or apply for an exemption prior to employment due to medical reasons or sincerely held religious beliefs.
Nice To Haves
- Previous outpatient, primary care clinical experience preferred.
- Other relevant clinical patient care experience may be considered.
