Urgent Care Provider (PA / NP)
About The Position
We run a highly efficient, modern urgent care clinic designed to let you focus entirely on patient care. We value your time, protect your schedule, and provide a fully staffed, seamless clinical environment. No on-call, no overnights, and no charting at home. We offer premium compensation with a highly competitive hourly rate plus performance/volume bonuses. Enjoy a predictable schedule with flexible block shifts (3x12s or similar) ensuring 3-4 days off per week. You will have elite support with fully staffed clinics including dedicated MAs, scribes, and on-site digital X-ray/labs. Requirements
- Board Certified/Eligible (Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Urgent Care).
- Active, unrestricted California Medical/Nursing/PA Board License.
- Valid DEA registration.
- Comfortable treating all age groups (pediatrics to geriatrics).
- A patient-first, collaborative mindset.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, efficient acute care to pediatric and adult patients.
- Perform minor procedures (suturing, splinting, I&Ds, foreign body removal).
- Lead the clinical team on shift, ensuring safe, rapid patient flow.
