Responsibilities

  • Process APP claims, including vehicle receipt, documentation, and negotiation with insurance providers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries and concerns with professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate weekly reports on pending claims, aiming for expedient resolutions.
  • Collaborate with General Managers for claim approvals or denials and engage with salvage companies as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to claims processing standards and company policies.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by your direct manager.
  • Follow company policies and procedures and support company mission, vision, values and standards of ethics.
  • Daily attendance required to ensure all duties are completed in a timely fashion.
