Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service
  • Rigor and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage stress and effectively prioritize when handling a high volume of requests
  • Strong proactivity and teamwork skills
  • Comfortable with computer tools and learning new software
  • Advanced level of proficiency in French
  • Advanced level of proficiency in English

Nice To Haves

  • Experience and/or knowledge in insurance and/or claims management

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls, inform clients about next steps, and transfer calls when required
  • Review claims requests received by email and open them in the UNIFIE system after validating the contract
  • Follow up with dealerships
  • Provide information on contract coverages to clients and dealerships
  • Make telephone reservations for short-term replacement vehicles
